Welcome to Dancation UK, Theo is the name and you are welcome to look around. We are a fully insured Latin dance company specializing in Latin dance classes for beginners to the advanced level stages. We teach a unique style of salsa that combines the Cuban and New York styles of dancing.

Once the national dance of Cubans, modern salsa is a fusion of the Danzon (traditional Cuban dance) and Son, a dance brought over by the slaves on their painful journey from Africa. With the discovery of the musical potential of a type of hardwood used for building boats known as the daves, as well as the bongos, salsa's rhythmic sound makes it easy to follow. And at our classes we bring salsa to live. We at Dancation believe each style has a special pull of its own which enables our students to fit in with any dance crowd. We also specialize in bachata, merengue and zouk which compliment our salsa teaching, helping students to acquire the natural body rhythm and flow of latin dance.

Victoria Hall is easily accessible by car, bus and train. Leeds and Bradford are only 15 minutes away by train and Saltaire is only a short drive from the M62.
